Commercial/office cleaning is available on a recurring schedule at these frequencies: daily, 3 times per week, or twice per week. Turnover services are offered in tiered packages; pricing scales with bed/bath count and unit condition. Add-ons are available by quote, including inside oven, inside fridge, inside empty cabinets/drawers, interior windows, blinds, pet hair/heavy soil, and rush turnovers. Move-in and move-out services require full payment of the estimate before service begins. Cancellations or reschedules for move-in and move-out services with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a $65 fee.
